Muttok300 was created in late December 2009 3 months later he was granted membership. On April 2 , Elliott Lee released the blog "Club Penguin Cheats And All" Muttok300 was the follow-up to my original character "Muttok200" I have been stuck into Club Penguin since a friend recommended me to the site in 2007. I could call myself a Club Penguin Expert. I would say he is one of the best things I have ever dreamed-up!
